Abstract Submission

The Scientific Program Committee invites clinicians and researchers in general pediatrics and pediatric allergy-immunology to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations, and/or for inclusion in the conference abstract book. Submissions may include clinical studies, basic or translational research, case series, management strategies, or clinical practice insights related to pediatric care.

Please read the Abstract Submission Guidelines carefully before submitting. All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the official Congress website. Submissions by post, fax, or email WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

    Abstract Structure
    Research Report Abstracts

Please structure your abstract using the following subheadings in bold:

    • Background: Briefly state the purpose and rationale of the study.
    • Methods: Outline the study design, methodology, and, if applicable, patient selection criteria.
    • Results: Summarize the key findings with appropriate statistical data.
    • Conclusions: Present the main conclusions derived from the results. Avoid vague statements such as "Results will be discussed" or "Data will be presented."
    Case Report Abstracts

Please structure your case report abstract using the following subheadings in bold:

    • Background: Provide a brief overview of the clinical relevance and rationale for reporting the case. Highlight the novelty, significance, or unusual nature of the case in the context of existing medical knowledge.
    • Case/Cases: Present the case in a clear and concise manner. Include relevant patient demographics (e.g., age, sex), clinical history, diagnostic work-up, management, and outcomes. Emphasize key findings and their relevance to the diagnosis or treatment approach. For multiple cases, briefly describe each case while focusing on shared insights or differences.
    • Conclusion: Summarize the clinical lessons, implications for practice, or broader relevance of the case. Avoid vague statements such as “The case will be discussed” or “Further data will be presented.”
    • Keywords: Include 3–5 keywords that reflect the core topics of the case report. These will help index the abstract and improve its discoverability.
    • The abstract text is limited to 300 words.
    • Tables, figures, and graphs are not permitted within the abstract text.
    • Abstracts that do not follow this format may be rejected.
